Road Traffic LAW & Criminal LAW
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all cases where the accused person is not in custody are being dealt with administratively without the need for you to attend, and being adjourned (rescheduled) until dates in July/ August/September 2020.
So if you have a Court hearing in April or May, whether it be a trial, or a procedural hearing, you should NOT attend court.
We shall deal with matters on your behalf, unless you are told otherwise, and we will write out to you to confirm the new dates you will be required to attend.
We are still working hard every day in order to prepare your case, and continue to negotiate and resolve matters through active investigation and by liaising with the Procurator Fiscal.
We will continue to proactively manage your case, and where needed we will organise appointments via video link or by phone.
Work does not stop because the office is shut, and we are still here for our clients every day.
Our focus remains on making sure our clients get the best result possible!
If you have any Q about your ongoing case please call 0141 374 2121
