Getting to know our team: Charmaine joined Scullion LAW in 2012

We would like to introduce you to our Client Care Manager Charmaine.

She is popular with the team and always willing to go the extra mile to make people smile.

Charmaine has helped us to maintain our excellent 5-star standards of client care by following every case from conception to completion, ironing out any inconsistencies as we go along. She is also delighted that we finalised the #GBA19 Healthy & Active Workplace award as she wants Scullion LAW to attract and retain the best legal talent in Scotland. She loves working at Scullion LAW and is an asset to the firm.

Charmaine believes #communication is key and client feedback is invaluable for all of us. Feedback helps us to identify what areas are going well, what staff are going that extra mile for our valued clients and deserve recognition and reward, as well as identifying areas where we need to improve or provide training. Consistency across the business is very important.

Our reputation, having been in business for over 40 years means everything to us. 

Charmaine quotes ‘I started with Scullion LAW on 1st October 2012 (2 weeks after moving back to Scotland from California). I have always had a passion for Client care and making people feel valued and thought there would be no better way to do this other than in reception at Scullion LAW, a firm that I have known for 30+ years. I loved speaking to a variety of clients and helping them by putting them at ease and transferring them to the correct department to give them the very best legal advice to suit their needs. After 2 years in reception, I wanted to develop client care for the firm and build upon the excellent service. I love that the firm has grown and its successful reputation has continued to spread throughout Scotland since I started, yet it still has a very supportive, warm and welcoming family feel to it. I am happy to be a part of the Scullion LAW family. Our goal is to revolutionise clients’ needs of legal services one client at a time and I believe we are truly getting closer!’
