We are proud to help and support our community with all their legal needs.
Here at Scullion LAW, our staff are fully-trained Dementia Friends, working closely with Alzheimer Scotland. We are proud to support people in our community who are living with dementia.
Dementia Friends is an Alzheimer’s Society initiative. This programme has improved our knowledge of the disease and its challenges, and has helped us to identify the best ways to assist people living with the condition in the local community.
Using this knowledge, the Private Client team at Scullion LAW provides helpful and reassuring advice to people in the community living with dementia. We advise on a wide range of issues, including Power of Attorney and Wills. A Power of Attorney allows you to nominate the people you trust to make important decisions for you, if you are unable to make these choices yourself in the future. No one, not even your next of kin, has an automatic right to make those decisions on your behalf without the appropriate legal authority.
As a dementia-friendly, caring and understanding law firm, we aim to make your experience with us a positive one. We are delighted to offer home visits upon request to discuss your legal needs and we can connect you with local support services within the community via Alzheimer Scotland. Our fees are fair and transparent, giving you peace of mind and confidence in our service. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask us.
Our dementia-friendly team will work closely with you and your family in an open, friendly and supportive way to address your legal needs. In these circumstances, it is important to work with a trusted and professional legal team.
At Scullion LAW, we enjoy helping others. If you are living with dementia or know someone who is, our trained dementia lawyers can provide the legal advice you need. We always focus on what matters most to you and your family. Please contact our Private Client team on 01698 656 216.
