Scullion LAW Achieves Flexible Workplace Accreditation

Scullion LAW has become one of the first organisations in Scotland to achieve the Flexible Workplace Accreditation. This is an important step for the firm and shows its strong focus on its people and workplace culture.

The accreditation was developed by Flexibility Works, with support from The Robertson Trust. It recognises organisations that are using flexible working in a clear and effective way. Only ten organisations received this recognition when it launched.

The accreditation is based on more than 15 years of experience. It also uses advice from experts. Organisations are assessed on areas such as culture, leadership, transparency and impact.
