As the firm grew, Nicholas moved to 5 Church Street, Hamilton and by 1992 employed 7 Solicitors.

The Conveyancing Department expanded and we created an award winning team of hard working professionals, of which we are very proud. We now have one of the top ten practices in Scotland and Property LAW is at the core of our business – going from strength to strength.

We re-branded from Nicholas J. Scullion & Co to Scullion LAW in 2010 after we won the prestigious Criminal LAW Firm of the Year Award. Since then we have won several national awards including the prestigious Excellence in Client Care Award 2016 and the Commitment to the Community 2019. You can read more about our awards here.

We have offices in Hamilton, Saltmarket Glasgow and West End. We can represent clients throughout Scotland and are always happy to help.

Mr Scullion continues to work as a Consultant and his son Nicholas now runs the business working with Director Kris Buchanan and a team of experienced legal professionals. Our people are core to the success of the firm.
