Scullion News & Resources
As a 5th generation girl from Strathaven, I love the countryside. I have lived all my life in Strathaven and love being involved in all that the town has to offer. With my husband and my dog, there is nothing I love more than weekend walks and exploring new places!
Having spent my legal career in Glasgow and worked in large firms, I realised that being another cog in the machine was not for me. My passion for helping families was not being fulfilled.
With Scullion LAW being a family business and having its focus on helping others, when offered the role, I couldn’t say no! It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. There is a great energy in the firm and we really are like one big family.
I love driving fast! One birthday, I took a trip around Knockhill and came 4th out of a group of 30 men – podium next time!
I joined the team in 2022 as the Associate Director of our Private Client team. In August 2023, I was promoted to Senior Associate Director and in July 2024 was promoted to Head of Department.
I oversee all work carried out by my junior colleagues and am on hand to assist with any legal problem whenever needed.
I advise families on everything from completing a simple Will to ensure their assets are looked after, preparing a Power of Attorney to make provision for the future to dealing with the estate of loved ones when they pass away.
I love getting to know families and hearing their stories. It is particularly pleasing when you can be dealing with issues for grandparents and their grandchildren at the same time! The family-centred approach really allows me to get to know my clients and offer them the bespoke advice they deserve.
No one family is the same and I love that I can deliver tailor-made solutions to help them. The smiles on clients’ faces tell it all!
Being empathetic, understanding, respectful, diligent, and, above all, warm and personable.
I can help families navigate any difficulties they may encounter when dealing with an estate when a family member passes away. I can take away the stress and upset and make their lives a little easier.
From simply arranging a funeral if need be to dealing with the Courts, I am on hand to assist. I can make the young couple making Wills feel less hesitant about the process. I can help elderly family members arrange their personal affairs.
My ability to understand your needs and that of your family means you will always be in safe hands.
My 5-star reviews speak for themselves. If you want a solicitor who goes the extra mile to understand their clients and deliver 5-star service, look nowhere else.
