Criminal Defence Solicitor Anna MacKay Promoted to Senior Associate Director

We are proud to announce the promotion of criminal defence solicitor Anna MacKay to the position of Senior Associate Director.

With a background as a former prosecutor, Anna transitioned to criminal defence in 2012 and joined our team at the Associate level in 2020. Her extensive experience in defending clients across Scotland in both summary and solemn proceedings has been instrumental in her success.

Anna’s diligent efforts, commitment, and expertise were acknowledged in 2022 when she was promoted to Associate Director. She also received the Crime Rising Star of the Year award at the Legal 500 Scotland Awards in 2023 and is a finalist for the same award in 2024.
