When I joined the firm, I started in our Support team as an administrator and had no experience in the legal sector at all.
Over the years, I have built up my skills and knowledge to carry out my role to a high level, so I now have fair knowledge and understanding, from a non-solicitor viewpoint. This eventually resulted in my promotion to Finance Clerk, my current role
I am responsible for multiple areas that involve either incoming or outgoing funds.
Such as:-
Having always had an interest in math and numbers, I love dealing with figures, both incoming and outgoing, and keeping everything balanced. I love to work with clients regarding their fees and come up with solutions that work for both parties, such as agreeing on payment plans towards the payment of outstanding fees or debt.
Attention to detail, problem-solving, and compassion.
If you are speaking to me, then it is related to fees. I can help you by advising you on what the fee(s) are or will be and arranging a plan that suits both parties. Whether that is creating a payment plan or a lump payment, I am here to help.
