Ailidh Ballantyne

Ailidh joined the team in 2022 as an Associate Director, having previously headed up a Private Client team in a city firm in Glasgow.

She has been practising Private Client law since 2009. She provides advice to individuals and families on a broad range of private client matters including the preparation of tax efficient Wills, succession planning and the winding up of estates after death.

With a background in Family Law, Ailidh understands the complexities which can arise when advising clients on their estate and tax planning needs.

Ailidh’s passion lies with music. She has been playing the piano since the age of 4 and has undertaken the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music exams to Grade 8. As a country girl, Ailidh enjoys spending time with her husband and little Yorkie dog, Poppy, going on country walks and immersing herself in nature. She has also recently taken up Pilates in her spare time.
