Frequently Asked Questions

Section 42 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 states that you can petition the court to reduce your disqualification period is possible. If you’ve been disqualified for four years or less, an application for early removal of disqualification can be made after two years. If disqualified for four to 10 years, an application can be made after half of the period has expired. If disqualified for more than 10 years, an application can be made after a period of 5 years.
