Scullion LAW is celebrating some exciting news. Both the Family Law Team and the Criminal Law Team have been named finalists at the Herald Law Awards of Scotland 2025.
This is the second year in a row that the firm has reached the finals in these categories. It shows how hard the teams work and how much they care about the people they help.
The Herald Law Awards, now in their 21st year, recognise Scotland’s best legal professionals. They celebrate firms and individuals who show skill, creativity, and care for their clients. The awards ceremony will take place on Friday 7 November in Glasgow, bringing together legal teams from across the country.
Scullion LAW is proud to be one of Scotland’s top-rated firms, with both our Family Law and Criminal Law departments achieving consistent 4.9/5-star ratings on ReviewSolicitors, based on over 2,000 client reviews. This independent feedback reflects the trust clients place in us, and the passion our teams bring to every case.
Head of Criminal Law, Kris Buchanan, said:
“We are absolutely delighted to be recognised. This shortlisting is a testament to the dedication, hard work and relentless pursuit of excellence that our team delivers for every client. To be finalists for two years running is an honour we don’t take lightly.”
Head of Family Law, Judith Higson, added:
“I am so proud of my team for the incredible work they do, often in highly complex and sensitive cases. To be shortlisted reflects our commitment to supporting families with empathy, expertise and care. We can’t wait to celebrate alongside Scotland’s finest legal talent at the awards in November.”
This double shortlisting strengthens Scullion LAW’s reputation as one of Scotland’s leading firms. The teams continue to deliver excellent results for clients and set a high standard for legal practice across the country.
