Shellby’s Story

About me

I am one of 5 siblings, Mum to a wonderful little boy called Ollie, Aunty to an amazing little girl called Lake and my family means the most to me. I would describe myself as being passionate, determined, resilient and optimistic. I always look for the good and try to spread light wherever I go. I believe kindness goes a long way.

My favourite quote is –

‘’Helping one person might not change the world, but it could change the world for one person’’.

My background is mostly sales oriented. I left high school at the end of my 6^th year in 2017 and went straight into working as a Retentions Specialist at Virgin Media. In 2018, I moved on to work at Arnold Clark as Showroom Host and Trainee Car Sales. During this time, I had my little boy. I then moved on to Recruitment for staff within the NHS, I managed NHS Tayside where I would recruit staff into various hospitals and the community. Moving on from this in 2022, I started working with Scullion LAW which I am so proud to be a part of.

Interesting facts:

I am a total thrill seeker. I have recently done the Highland Fling Bungee jump which is a 40 metres free-fall from a bridge. My next adrenaline-inducing experience will be skydiving.

About my work in the firm

I joined Scullion LAW in 2022.

My job is to do the onboarding of our clients from the initial contact with our firm to be passed on to the solicitor. There is a lot that happens in between and it is up to our fantastic Client Care Team and I to direct the client through this process.

I love being able to give our enquiries a great first impression and to leave a positive mark for the firm. I love connecting with people, understanding their fears and worries about why they are contacting us and giving them hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel when they are in Scullion Law’s trusty hands.
