About me

In December 2018, I started working at Scullion LAW as the Receptionist. It was great being the first point of contact for the company but with my background in Customer Service, I got promoted to Client Care Specialist in February 2022 as the Client Care Team was growing with the business. I am married with two teenage kids and a Cocker Spaniel.

About my work in the firm

As part of the Client Care Team, I answer calls from clients needing Legal Representation.  I listen to what their needs are and advise what services we have available and what the best course of action would be for their circumstances.

Skills:

I like to talk and help people. I could talk the hind legs of a donkey! I am also very organised, thoughtful and caring.
