We are delighted to share we won the SME Legal Firm of the Year award at the inaugural Scottish Professional Awards 2024. This prestigious honour recognises exceptional service and client dedication.
The award was won based on expertise, online presence, and the event organisers’ due diligence checks. Our success was strengthen further by the numerous nominations received from the public during a three-month social media campaign encouraging people to nominate deserving professionals across Scotland.

We proudly announce the promotion of criminal defence solicitor Anna MacKay to Senior Associate Director.
Trained as a prosecutor before establishing herself as a criminal defence solicitor in 2012, Anna joined us in 2020 at Associate level, bringing a wealth of experience defending in summary and solemn proceedings across Scotland.
“Anna consistently delivers exceptional results for each client she represents, making her highly deserving of this promotion.

On June 6th the team honoured the memory of those who sacrificed their lives to defend our democratic freedoms by holding a minute’s silence at their Hamilton Office.
Senior Solicitor Stephanie Grieve (2Lt.) and Marketing Manager Sarah Fishwick (AB2) joined us in full military dress, sharing their experiences from their reservist careers in the British Army and Royal Navy.

We are proud to announce the promotion of Ailidh Ballantyne to the Head of the Wills, Power of Attorney and Bereavement department.
Practising Private Client law since 2009, Ailidh provides advice to individuals and families on a broad range of private client matters. With a background in Family Law, Ailidh understands the complexities which can arise when advising clients on their estate and tax planning needs.
