Make a FREE Will today for peace of mind

For the last 6 years we have been working closely with Marie Curie to provide everyone with a FREE Will in return for a gift to the charity.

We have now extended this to all NHS staff and carers in Scotland.

It is so important to make the time to create a Will and forward plan.

We have been in business 40+ years and we have the knowledge, skills and experience to handle your Will (and other personal affairs) with the professionalism and dignity you deserve. You can trust in us. During lockdown our offices are closed but our team continue to work hard from home and can offer appointments via zoom, facetime and skype rather than face to face meetings.

Once your Will is complete it is one less thing to worry about – giving you peace of mind.

How do I start the process of making a Will? 

We have tried to make the process as simple as possible for you. There are a variety of ways you can get started.

We recommend you update your Will every 3-5 years or when your personal circumstances change.

What happens if I die without making a Will?

In Scotland if you die without making a Will it is called intestate. Having no Will can cause loved ones unnecessary stress in handling your Estate during what will already be a very emotionally challenging time. It is also time consuming and costly to die without a Will and it can lead to family disputes and arguments.

It is much better to make a Will for guaranteed peace of mind.

Why are Scullion LAW supporting Marie Curie?

For the last 6 years we have worked with Marie Curie to help them raise money for nurses caring for the terminally ill at home, and in the hospice. The nurses do an exceptional job and have cared for people close to us over the years, so it is a charity very close to our hearts. We have so far helped to raise over £155,000 of future income for the charity and completed 700 Wills but we hope in 2020 to create over 1000 and raise as much as we can with your help during these exceptional times.
