Scullion News & Resources
My parents founded the firm back in 1978 and most of my family have worked here at some point. It has always been in my life, and I love being part of the firm.
My background is in business development and sales. I am passionate about customer service and the importance of listening to customers, colleagues and acting on feedback.
Culture and values shape my work and since I became MD, we have won 8 national awards, finalised for many more, expanded to provide advice across Scotland and are currently the top-rated law firm in terms of client reviews in Glasgow and the West of Scotland. I strongly support flexible working and trust our people to deliver their best work when and where works best for them and their clients.
I live and work in the Madrid office and have a pet terrapin called Tigreton.
I joined the firm in 2004.
I am responsible for the happiness of our people, strategy, values, culture, and vibe.
My goal is to attract and retain brilliant people to the firm and ensure that we delight our clients every time.
I love seeing people push themselves out of their comfort zones and achieve their potential.
I love it when they surprise themselves by achieving results they didn’t expect. I love when clients let us know how our work has changed their lives and made a difference, especially when they leave a review.
Problem-solving, teamwork, motivation, leadership, and sales.
I can advise you and your family on how best to deal with the death of a loved one, avoid complications and disputes and deal with them sensitively when they happen.
I advise on road traffic defence and high-value white-collar crime, reputation management and sensitive criminal investigations.
If we do not provide the legal service you need in our firm, we’ll direct you to our network of trusted partners who share our values and can help.
I only take on cases where I know I can make a difference.
I am knowledgeable, professional, and approachable and take the time to provide my clients with expert advice and peace of mind. I have a proven track record of success.
