Scullion News & Resources

Scullion LAW have launched a new Commercial Property service. This service will help more businesses and make our property team even stronger. We want to guide people through big choices and make things easy to understand.

Avoiding Nasty Surprises

Gemma Miller, our Director and Head of Property, said: “When a client comes to us, they know our only priority is to give them the very best legal advice. We cut through the jargon, explain things in plain English, and make sure they can move forward with complete confidence.”

Scullion LAW understands that commercial property can be risky. We have seen problems when leases are not written well, when contracts hide important details, or when talks take too long.

Gemma said: “For many business owners, this might be their first step into commercial property, and it can feel daunting. I’ve seen how stressful it can be. But my message is always the same: you don’t have to do it alone. We’re here to guide you, protect you, and make sure there are no nasty surprises down the line.”

Growth and Diversification

This new venture reflects the growth and diversification of Scullion LAW as a firm. Originally focused on Crime and Road Traffic Law, Scullion LAW has successfully established thriving Private Client, Property and Family Law teams. The launch of a dedicated Commercial Property service is another signal of the company’s ambition and ability to evolve.

Gemma said: “The development of this service shows how far we’ve come as a business. We’re continually growing the capacity of the team, adding new expertise, and making sure our clients have access to the very best advice across more areas of law than ever before. It’s an exciting time for us, and for the clients we serve.”

A Team Led by Experience

Under Gemma’s leadership, the Property Team has grown into one of Scullion LAW’s greatest assets. The team combines long-standing expertise with fresh perspectives, including Farrah Ali, who recently celebrated a decade with the firm, and Conor Greenan, who qualified as a solicitor after completing his traineeship at Scullion LAW.
