Shanna’s Story

Shanna joined Scullion LAW in October 2005. She has been with Scullion LAW for 20 years and is an incredibly valued member of staff.

Shanna started as an office junior, gradually beginning to help with our I.T. systems as it became apparent that there was a need for this within the office. As other administration staff came into the firm, she was given the opportunity to help with their training and management.

This was something she really enjoyed.

A couple of years later she started working closely with Nicholas as his PA. This gave Shanna a deeper understanding of the running of the office which she found very interesting.

For a period of time Shanna was given Cash Room training which again gave her further insight into how the company worked.

Over the years Shanna has gained the relevant knowledge, confidence and experience to become the Practice Manager. She is a credit to our team and we are very lucky to have her at Scullion LAW.

She was promoted to Executive Director in 2015 and in December 2022 Shanna was promoted to Director of Operations and Performance.
